ISO 20121: A RENEWED STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE

WMH Project has renewed its ISO 20121 certification, the international benchmark for responsible event management.

This new milestone confirms the agency’s ability to integrate social, environmental and economic considerations into its projects, from design through to delivery, within a framework of continuous improvement.

It also acknowledges the progress made since the initiative was launched six years ago, and the steady way in which these issues have become embedded in the agency’s methods, decision-making and production processes.

In concrete terms, this commitment can be seen at every stage of a project: defining client challenges, designing responsibly, producing with the right partners, measuring and steering performance, and finally leveraging insights to keep improving. A practical way of bringing the principles of ISO 20121 to life on a day-to-day basis.
